Return policy.

You have 15 calendar days from when you receive the product to request the return of one or more products. With the exception of items purchased during sales periods or with discount codes, which cannot be returned.

The buyer will bear the costs of the return (shipping).

To complete the return, please contact us via email at blacklightzaragoza@gmail.com. Send the items in perfect condition and well packaged to the address and we will make it easier for you to request their return once.

You will receive a voucher for the same amount of the purchase made, you can use it on your next purchase, with a maximum period of 60 calendar days to spend it (shipping costs excluded).

At Black Light Vintage we will review the product once received to verify that it is in the same conditions in which it was sent, once checked we will proceed to send the voucher, don't worry, it will not take us more than a week from when we receive the package.

If you are from Zaragoza or pass through here you can also come to the store to make your return, we will be happy to assist you!
